UTAH STATE JUNIOR AMATEUR MATCH PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP
Date: June 7-11
Site: Overlake, Schneiter’s Riverside, The Barn, Oakridge CC, Ogden G & CC
Open to all UJGA members. Championships are awarded in Boys 15-18, 13-14, 11-12, 10 & Under and Girls 15-18, 13-14, 11-12 and 10 & Under. The first day of this event is stroke play qualifying for seeding in match play; the remaining dates are match play. A player continues to advance after each successful match play victory.
Match Play stipulated rounds are: 18-holes (Boys 15-18 / 13-14 / 11-12; Girls 13-14 / 15-18) and 9-holes (Boys 10 & Under and Girls 11-12 / 10 & Under). The stipulated round of the Final Match will be 36-holes (Boys & Girls 15-18), 18-holes (Boys 13-14; 11-12; 10 & Under and Girls 13-14, 11-12) and 9-holes for the Girls 10 & Under.
Allocated qualifying spots are: Boys 15-18 (64); Boys 13-14 (32); Boys 11-12 (16); Boys 10 & Under (16); Girls 15-18 (16); Girls 13-14 (8) and Girls 11-12 (4) and Girls 10 & Under (4). Check the UJGA Tournament Schedule for scheduled dates of each age division as they vary.
The 2010 Utah State Junior Amateur Match Play Champion (Boys 15-18 Age Division) will receive a qualifying exemption for the 2010 UGA Utah State Amateur.
Qualifier must receive UJGA Executive Committee approval for participation in this event.
